Stocks moved lower after the housing news this morning. At 11:05 a.m. ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 49 points to 13,329 after gaining 143 points on Friday. The Nasdaq Composite Average was down 11 points to 2,565, and the Standard & Poor's 500 Index had fallen 8 points to 1,471.
